So today was our first visit with the Perinatalogist since our Down Syndrome diagnosis. The visit went very well. Grace is growing on schedule and so far is clear of the major health defects that are common in Down Syndrome patients. He did detect a small hole in Grace's heart, but nothing he is too concerned with now, and we will just monitor as my pregnancy progresses. I am really not too worried about that as I have read that sometimes things like this can heal on their own. How amazingly strong and resiliant these little ones are.
